I life in London with my wife, 3 young children and our dog!

Spending quality time with my family is very important to me. Coaching has helped me realise what is important to me in life. This includes having a healthy work life balance so that I am there and fully present for  my clients but also able to spend quality time with my family doing the things that we love. A lot of this involves outdoor pursuits including climbing hills and mountains and participating in different outdoor adventure activities, some of which required me to push through and face my fears!

Keeping fit and healthy is also very important to me. I run on a daily basis, as part of my morning routine, which really helps me maintain a healthy body and mind, aiding me to better deal with the daily challenges that life brings.
